3. White Paper: Guidance & Best Practices for European CoEs in HPC
A new white paper, developed by EXCELLERAT P2 together with BioExcel CoE, ESiWACE3, HiDALGO2, ChEESE CoE, MultiXscale, and CASTIEL 2, offers practical guidance for European Centres of Excellence (CoEs) looking to strengthen their commercialisation capabilities. The document shares insights and best practices to:
-
Identify and mature Key Exploitable Results (KERs)
-
Build scalable service offerings for industry and society
-
Navigate legal frameworks and select suitable business models
-
Develop a strong Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
-
Structure pilot services and engage early adopters
-
Align innovation, marketing, and operations for commercial success
