On 13–14 October 2026, the EXCELLERAT P2 consortium met at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, for its All-Hands Meeting (AHM). Partners from across Europe came together to review progress, exchange updates on technical developments and discuss priorities as the project approaches its conclusion.

The first day focused on the project’s use cases and ongoing activities. Following the opening session and a status update on use-case execution, partners presented their work in a series of use-case showcases. These sessions provided an opportunity to share progress across the project’s applications and discuss developments with colleagues from across the consortium. Video recordings took place in parallel, capturing success stories from the project for future communication activities.

In the afternoon, discussions turned to centre operations and industrial engineering workflows and ecosystems, with contributions from CINECA and SSC Services. The day also included updates on awareness, impact creation and outreach, followed by a review of project key performance indicators (KPIs), final priorities and success stories. In the evening, partners continued their exchanges over dinner, with time to strengthen connections beyond the formal programme.

The second day shifted the focus to project management and the work needed to sustain EXCELLERAT P2’s results. Partners reviewed the project’s management and wrap-up, followed by updates on Exa-HPC methodologies and technologies, workflow development, market context and business development.

A dedicated session on the EXCELLERAT sustainability plan addressed how the project’s results and services can continue to provide value beyond the funding period. The discussions connected technical progress with the broader questions of maintaining useful services, supporting industrial and research users, and building on the collaboration established across the consortium.

The Stockholm meeting provided a shared opportunity to assess progress, align priorities and prepare for the project’s final steps. By bringing together technical updates, impact and outreach activities, and planning for sustainability, the AHM helped partners coordinate their remaining work and consider how EXCELLERAT P2’s outcomes can continue to support the European engineering and high-performance computing communities.
