Academic engineers and physical science researchers.
Engineering enterprises operating in Europe who do not yet have a perceived need to use HPC, but could gain commercial advantage from using the centre.
Academic HPC centres in Europe with expertise in working in both collaborative research with commercial partners and as suppliers of HPC resources.
